| Assistant to the Directors
Reports to Creative Director/Operations Director
Overall responsibility Assisting the Directors with the management of their respective roles
Key areas of responsibility 1. Assistance with accounts administration (experience with QuickBooks is seen as a benefit, but not necessary as training can be given) 2. Assist the Enquiries Director with new enquiries (experience with Microsoft Access is seen as a benefit, but not necessary as training can be given) 3. Ensure all teachers details are kept up to date (including teacher schedules) 4. Ensure all clients details are kept up to date 5. Facilitate all client and teacher private areas on the website, including creation of a termly newsletter (training given, no experience necessary) 6. Assist with the management of teacher training (no experience necessary) 7. Termly courtesy calls to clients 8. General office administration; filing, posting, photocopying, answering calls

Other information We are a small team of four staff building this business from the foundation upwards. We are two years old and are expanding rapidly. This position requires someone who can work with a small team and handle large responsibilities. The position is flexible enough to allow the individual to shape the role to his/her natural ability.
